Play Your Way to Vegas: Rules and Regulations

Penn National Gaming’s Play Your Way to Vegas Promotion will allow Marquee Rewards® account holders to earn points from July through November by playing slots at participating Penn National Marquee Rewards® properties. All points earned can be redeemed only at Tropicana Las Vegas for Free SLOTPLAY® or Marquee Comps®, as well as airfare reimbursement where eligible.

Promotional Period

  • Earn points from July 1, 2017 at 12am EST – November 30, 2017 at 11:59pm EST
  • Redemption period is from December 1 at 12am EST to December 26, 2017 at 11:59pm EST


  • Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
  • Persons on any self-exclusion list are not eligible to participate in this program.
  • Must be a Marquee Rewards Member to earn entries.
  • All Marquee Rewards members will earn points for their play.
  • No purchase necessary to receive a Marquee Rewards card.
  • This promotion is valid at participating Penn National Gaming properties.


  • Five (5) dollars of coin-in on reel or video slot machines earns player one (1) point.
  • Fifteen (15) dollars of coin-in on video poker machines and electronic table games earns player one (1) point.
  • Points will not be awarded for play at the Tropicana Las Vegas or the M Resort.
  • Point earning is capped at 400,000 points.
  • Points may only be redeemed during valid days at the Tropicana Las Vegas.
  • Player can redeem every 200 points for one (1) dollar in free play or two (2) dollars in Marquee Comps.
  • Free SlotPlay is non-cashable. Winnings generated from Free SlotPlay can be cashed out. Participating Penn National properties are not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired Free SlotPlay. Winners are responsible for any Federal or State income taxes on all prizes. 
  • If a player earns 80,000 points, player is eligible for airfare reimbursement in cash at a rate of 200 points to one (1) dollar of cash with maximum cash redemption of 1200 dollars. Player must show airfare receipt to get reimbursed. Only coach airfare will be reimbursed.
  • All points expire on December 27, 2017.
  • Point balances are for the sole use of the person who earned the points and are not transferrable to or redeemable by any other person.
  • Management may adjust point balances due to error, malfunction, or fraud.
  • Points are accumulated with tracked slot, video poker, or table game play. For a participant’s slot or video poker machine play to be tracked, the participant must insert his/her Marquee Rewards card into the card reader device of a slot or video poker machine while engaged in slot or video poker machine play. Penn National Gaming is not responsible for a participant’s failure to properly insert his/her Marquee Rewards card into the card reader device of a slot or video poker machine or for any mechanical or electrical problem or other failure that results in improper or inaccurate tracking or recording of slot or video poker play.  Marquee Rewards cards must be used continuously during play to receive an accurate reading of tracked play.
  • Table game players must provide their Marquee Rewards card to the dealer to have their play tracked to receive tracked play. Penn National Gaming uses reasonable efforts to track a table game participant’s average bet and length of play. However, as a condition of receiving an entry for playing table games, all promotion participants agree that such tracking is granted based on the personal observation of Penn National Gaming employees, which are estimates. The determination of Penn National Gaming shall be final with respect to any discrepancies regarding tracked table play.  

General Rules:

  • Persons on a Voluntary Self-Exclusion List are not eligible to participate in this program.
  • Employees of Penn National Gaming, its subsidiaries or affiliates are not eligible to participate in this program.
  • Family members (parents, children & spouse) of Penn National Gaming employees are not eligible to participate in this program.
  • Program benefits are not transferable between patrons. Determination will be made at the sole discretion of Penn National Gaming.
  • Penn National Gaming may disqualify any person based upon fraud, dishonesty, and violation of program rules or other misconduct.
  • Management reserves the right to cancel, change, and modify the tournament, promotion or drawing with the prior notification to the regulating Gaming Commission, but must do so at least three (3) days prior to the commencement of the activity.
